How to request deletion of personal data associated with interactions handled through Runbook, including data collected through messaging channels such as WhatsApp and Telegram.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, email us at support@rbmetrics.com.

Please include enough detail for us to locate the relevant data, such as:

  • your phone number or messaging identifier
  • the business or service you interacted with
  • the channel used, such as WhatsApp or Telegram
  • the approximate date or period of interaction, if known

What data may be deleted

  • message content and conversation history
  • phone numbers or messaging identifiers
  • customer profile or contact information stored in our systems
  • related operational records tied to the interaction, where applicable

How the process works

Send your request

Email us with enough information for us to identify the relevant record or conversation.

We verify the request

We may request additional details to confirm identity and prevent unauthorized deletion.

We review the data scope

We identify the data held in our systems and coordinate with the relevant business where required.

We process deletion

Once verified, we delete or anonymize applicable data unless retention is required by law or legitimate operational need.

Important notes

  • Runbook may act as a service provider on behalf of businesses using the platform. Where appropriate, we may coordinate with the relevant business before completing a deletion request.
  • We may retain limited information where required by law, dispute resolution needs, fraud prevention, security, or other legitimate business purposes.
  • If we cannot verify your request sufficiently, we may not be able to complete deletion.
